The following income & Expenditure report provides details of costs incurred for the past few years and anticipated costs for the next few years. The Balance Sheet shows how much is owed by and to the company. The Statutory Accounts for the company are as filed at Companies House in statutory format for each calendar year. It is not a requirement that detailed costs are shown within these accounts although the directors have voluntarily shown the information for the benefit of leaseholders.

Heronbridge Close Freehold Ltd

The 2018 accounts for Heronbridge Close Freehold Ltd show detail regarding the purchase of the freehold by the majority of the leaseholders at Heronbridge Close who are the shareholders of Heronbridge Close Freehold Ltd. The service charges passed through the company from 2020.

Heronbridge Close RTM Company Ltd

Heronbridge Close RTM Company Ltd was formed by the leaseho0lders in order to transfer management of the site from the then freeholder to the control of leaseholders via a Right To Manage (RTM) company. Following the sucessful enfranchisement (purchase) of the site by the majority of the leaseholders in 2018 the RTM company was dissolved. The leaseholders' service charge reserves were passed to Heronbridge Close Freehold Ltd.
